By using this website or ordering from Gerald Tech, you agree to these terms.
Requests and quotes
A request sent through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed when we agree the price, quantity and timing with you. Prices and turnaround times we give are valid for that job only.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit, are agreed when we confirm your quote. Work may start once those terms are met.
Your artwork and content
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any logo, image, text or design you give us. We are not liable for claims that arise from content you supply.
Proofs and corrections
Please check spelling, names, numbers and colors carefully before we print. Once you approve a proof, errors that were in the approved version are not our responsibility.
Colors and materials
Printed colors can look different from a screen because of the material and the printing method. Small differences between a proof and the final print are normal.
Custom items
Jerseys, T-shirts, mugs and other personalized items are made to your order. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel, change or refund them, except where the item is faulty because of our work.
Collection
Please collect finished work within a reasonable time after we tell you it is ready.
Liability
We take care with every job. Where the law allows, our liability for any problem with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
