This policy explains what information Gerald Tech collects through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
This website has one form. When you use it, you type your name, phone number, the service you want and any details you choose to add. We do not ask for anything else.
How it is used
Pressing the send button opens WhatsApp with your message filled in. The message reaches us only when you send it from WhatsApp. We use it to reply to your request, give you a price and carry out the work. This website itself does not save your form entries.
Third parties
WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, handles the message once you send it, under its own privacy policy. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may contact Google servers when the page loads. We do not run advertising or analytics tools on this website.
Keeping and sharing
- We keep your request only as long as we need it to serve you and to keep order records.
- We do not sell your information.
- We share it only with people who help us complete your order, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. We handle personal data in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Children
This website is meant for adults. If a child sends us a request, a parent or guardian should contact us to have it removed.
